You will receive a security code with your rental that will open the gate and your rehearsal studio. Once you come through the gate, there are 4 dedicated parking spots. If you need more spaces than this, you can park around the inside of the property.

Yes! You can bring in any food and drinks. But, if you bring it in, you are required to carry it out.

Yes! We have euipped the band rehearsal rooms with Range Extenders. A Wi-Fi password will be given at the time of your arrival or along with your security access code. Be advised cell service signals within these rooms are weak.

This studio is equipped with its own AC unit. We recommend cooling the room down before you record and then turn it off to prevent any background noise.

We also recommend turning off the ceiling lights and using LED video lights if you will be recording video. The ceiling lights may cause lens flare. We do rent video lights if needed.

This room also comes with sound blankets on a ceiling-mounted track. We recommend moving them over the door for optimal sound treatment.

This list is not exhaustive, but here are few of the prohibited items and activities:

• No smoking, vaping, recreational or illicit drug use in the studio.

• No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, aerosols or fire of any kind in studio.

• No affixing anything to walls or backdrops including nailing, hanging or taping.

• No children or pets shall go unsupervised.

• The renter may not sublease the Studio to any 3rd party. 

• No feet on the walls.

• Respect your reserved time slot. Start & finish within your rental period.

• Don't leave garbage or messes behind. If you bring it in, you carry it out.

• You are legally prohibited from living out of this space. We are not zoned nor licensed for housing.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk:

The Client understands and acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with thephotography session, video session and/or band rehearsal room rental, including but not limited to physical injury, personal property damage, or loss, and agrees to assume all such risks.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:

By signing this Waiver, the Client agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Studio from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action, including those arising from negligence, that may arise out of or in connection with the rental session.

3. Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temple Star Studios from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) that result from the Client’s participation in the rental session or the Client's violation of any terms of this Waiver.

4. Health & Safety:

The Client confirms that they are physically capable of participating in the photography session and will inform the Studio if there are any health conditions or restrictions that may affect their participation.

5. Property Damage:

The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own personal belongings and agrees to hold Temple Star Studios harmless from any damage, loss, or theft of personal property brought into the Studio.

7. Governing Law:

This Waiver will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Voluntary Agreement:

The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms. The Client acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to ask questions and seek legal counsel if desired before signing.
